    With the new initiative to increase NYCHA repair rates proposed by Mayor Bloomberg and NYCHA chairman John Rhea we should see an even greater increase in jobs for skilled workers. Add to that the possibility of construction on unused NYCHA land, and there is some real potential for job growth in New York City.
